"Generous sized room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially concierge. Great location with close access to cruise terminal, and only about 18 minutes to airport. Close to shopping and dining options, though the food at the hotel was very good. Enjoyed afternoon tea and later supper too. Would definitely recommend."

"My daughter and I had a fab 2 night stay at this property. We used it as a base whilst we visited Paulton’s park which is 20 minutes away. There were lots of other families there doing the same and you could tell that the staff were used to children. Claire in the restaurant was amazing with my daughter and made her feel like a VIP. "Couple staying for our anniversary. Dinner in both restaurants absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. Spa facilities were decent however steam room by the pool was closed. This was not an issue as there is a steam room in the changing rooms. Gym and fitness classes were fun and easy to book as was the use of the pickle ball court.
