This hotel opened in December 2024, so it's new and clean. Buffet breakfast is free and you can eat it there or take it to your room in a bento-box. Also, there is a coffee machine near the reception, which is free and available 24/7.

Excellent hotel right opposite the train stationm, staff are friendly and efficient handling check in. Room is clean and there are amenities you can help yourself to in the lobby. The included breakfast is good and has a decent amount of variety, seems to change every day which is good.

Great location right across the street from the train station, and near the bus stop to get to the Sand Dunes. Walkable to the castle ruins too. The room is very small, and the beds not very comfortable, but the amenities are great - free PJs, breakfast, etc. Clean, and efficient. The breakfast wasn't great for vegan options.

This property was very comfortable, the staff and check in process was easy and helpful. I didn’t get to have the breakfast but it sounded good. We had to leave early for a train. The area is super close to the train station and food in the area to walk too. Overall, a great place to stay. And we were able to put YouTube from our phone on the TV. Otherwise, TV in Japan I found to be very limited, like a few stations and in Japanese.

Spotlessly clean, modern and functional hotel close to the train station. Great free breakfast and coffee machine in the morning. Laundry 300yen a wash. Vending machines with drinks and snacks. Excellent location for trains and also for local buses to many areas including attractions such as sand dunes/museum.

Hotel and room seem really new. Location is convenient, just across the road from Tottori train station and bus terminal. Some restaurants and combini nearby. Nice features in the room such as rain shower, light with adjustable levels, humidifier and smart tv. Room size is small but clean. No room cleaning services for the 3 nights we stayed, but new towels are provided each day and we need to change those and clear out trash by ourselves. The shower is in the bathtub and the base is actually quite slippery so care had to be taken when coming out from the shower, might be better for them to include some non-slip mat. Breakfast is terribly simple, not recommended. Staff at front counter seems to speak only Japanese, check-in/out are done on the booths with English option.
