On the positive were the staff who were pleasant and helpful save for the one point I will come to.
The hotel is opposite (on one side) a huge nightclub. I’m not sure what time they shut but it is certainly past 2.30am. I booked ‘privilege’ rooms for myself and my sister and mother. My mother (83 but fit and active) was put in a room with a seated shower arrangement. I did not know this until the second evening of our three night trip otherwise I would have asked for her to be moved. She had no idea how to work it and I am annoyed that nothing was said about it at check in. She is a bath person and would have been best placed in one of the other rooms.
These rooms are opposite the nightclub so I don’t know how they are any better than any other. Thankfully my sister sleeps through everything and my mother is hard of hearing. I unfortunately like a bit of air at night but you could not have the balcony ajar because of the noise.
There is a fairly standard breakfast and food outlets all around but no internal restaurant or room service.
Overall a bit soulless but it depends on what you are looking for.
