Clean rooms and friendly staff, but the fact that you have to hand over your bank card to the staff is completely unacceptable, especially considering other hostels in the same chain do not request it.

Hôtel accueillant à l'ambiance décontractée, le personnel est jeune et compétent. Les locaux sont globalement propres mais on constate une usure des lieux qui pourrait ternire l'image : nez de marche des escaliers abîmés, peinture qui craquelle au plafond de la SDB (ch 209). Le confort des lits est bon et il y a tout pour passer un bon séjour !

Ce faire virer de la chambre comme un mal propre ( suite car ce n’étais pas un dortoir mixte même pas pu prendre de douche et j’ai payer pour la serviette inutilisée je venais régulièrement met la déçu je vais pas en rester là et en faire une bonne publicité envers l’établissement et je vais porter pleinte

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in.clean, comfortable and location was perfect in centre of tours. Tram was short distance away and supermarket ,shops an restaurants all within close proximity, Nothing was trouble to the staff and itfelt more like a hotel vibe than a hostel. The beds were excellent and comfy and wash facilities an toilet in your room. Great outside area at the back of hostel to socialise,eat food or just chill with a drink. Would highly recommend this place to all age groups.
