"House was beautiful and very clean with many amenities. Great for multiple families as the downstairs has its own kitchen, laundry room, bedrooms and bathrooms. The bathroom configuration was a little odd - 3 full downstairs for only 2 bedrooms and one bedroom on the main floor had its bathroom right in the bedroom not walled off. Overall it worked well for a 7 girlfriend getaway. Host Charlie was very responsive with our needs. "

"Our group of friends had a great time at this house. Very clean and well stocked and beautiful property. Ate at Bandstand Brew Works a couple times which was amazing. Played volleyball, used the hot tub, sat around the fire pit. Host was really responsive. Would definitely stay again!"

"The house is even better in person. So many beautiful amenities and we really enjoyed having a small shallow area to swim in. Ducks would often come right up to the dock. Beautiful firepit and grill area. Very accommodating host. We rented a boat and loved having a dock to keep it at overnight. It was a perfect house for a family vacation!"

"Barbara was so easy and nice to communicate with! The house was as described/looks in pictures and had everything we needed for our family (13 people), including a basement area where the kids could hang out and watch tv while we cooked in the beautiful kitchen! "This is a restored 1875 house with a fully outfitted kitchen, large room to gather, comfortable beds. Heidi, our host, was easy to reach and went out of her way to answer all my questions and requests. For seniors, stairs are understandably steeper and narrow and floors aren't always level due to the age of the house. Wood is beautifully refinished. "This place is spotless, gorgeous, cozy and close to everything. We used the grill right outside our front door. Parking was literally 5 feet from the front door. Weather was perfection. "Stayed here with my family over the Columbus Day Holiday weekend for a family reunion. The three units on the property were exactly as described. Everything was exceptional. It was clean, comfortable and carefully taken care of. The checkin and check out processes were simple. Communication with the property manager was easy via text with questions—there was only one. Highly recommend this property for a large gathering. There is plenty of gathering space and also room for a little private time....
