"I am from Lewis County, my entire family still lives there, and I go home every weekend. I spent a week at this particular property over the summer and had the BEST time ever! Everything is stunning, clean, and new. Plenty of room! It has amazing beds/bedrooms, roomy bathroom with all the amenities, and new stainless steel appliances! PERFECTION! The only thing that made this even better was the owner. She was so helpful and kind!! I will be staying there as often as I can from now on!!...

"Nice place, had a good time, one drawback is it is right on rt 28 so there is the traffic noise at night when having a fire. We were told to put the linens and towels in separate bags after our stay but there were no big bags, only the small kitchen garbage ones. "Beautiful and peaceful location with the river right outside the back door (and a nice, easy-to-access path down to the river). The cabin is spotless with every need thoughtfully covered, and the location is private yet not isolated. We used the cabin as our home base to travel around the Adirondacks to our favorites spots from over the years, while also enjoying local. Quick trip to Old Forge, and Tupper Lake isn't far away either. Lake Placid area is ~2.5 hrs. "

"Spent a long weekend here with my wife and dog, this place is 5-star across the board. I lost track of the number of times I’ve been here, just keep coming back, such a beautiful property. House is always clean, has everything you need. Quick Tip: Millers Meat Market in Lowville is a short drive. The food truck out in front has smoked ribs, brisket, and some other items ready for take out (open at select times so give a call before going),…you won’t be sorry paying the place a visit."
