The owner was fantastic at communicating & offering suggestions. Use the gate code from the owner text not the Vrbo email. The place exceeded expectations as far as location, decor, & cleanliness. My only issues were some noise thru the walls like dishwasher & kids and the security deposit made no sense. A significant $ amount was charged 5 weeks prior and refunded 2 weeks after the stay. That’s my only reason for not giving 5 stars.

We will definitely be renting this one again! The condo was very clean, and they had almost everything you could possibly need provided for you. It's decorated beautifully. Both bedrooms are very spacious & comfortable. Our kids and us also really enjoyed the pool. The view from the fire pit & pool area is gorgeous. And the owners were wonderful! Excellent communication and they were very helpful & accommodating. I highly recommend renting this property if you are planning a stay in the area. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect stay!
My family of 6 loved staying here Thanksgiving weekend! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all of the essentials. Clay & Glenda were friendly and communicative with details for checking in, etc. The location was exactly what we hoped. Far enough from the hustle & bustle to enjoy quiet time but close enough to get to the fun quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to our friends and family! We look forward to our next stay!

Peace & Quiet at last
First, Townsend is a hidden gem; quiet, rustic and original when compared to the now overly commercialized Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This little neighborhood offers perfect morning views out to the surrounding mountains- the rocks east of the clubhouse are perfect for coffee and sunrise photos. The owners were extremely helpful, considering our ridiculously late arrival time; ensuring we had no issues finding the place @ 2am. The unit itself is beyond well-appointed and had everything we needed for five people for the week. Everything was above expectations, they didn't furnish the unit with left-overs from their last move or discount linens, pillows, towels, etc.. actually nicer than several of the "high-end" hotels I frequent. I have no qualms recommending this unit or it's owners and would gladly stay here again.
