Great Quiet Property
This property is great if you do not want to be right in the centre of town but just a 5 minute walk away. Lovely clean and tidy place with everything you could want, also two lovely pools that were always quiet. We would highly recomend staying here.

We had a terrific short stay here in July ‘23. The apartment and courtyard are spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. Lots of basic supplies in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The central location meant we were able to return our hire car a few days early, because everything was within walking distance.

Family friendly propert
This property perfectly suited our family. We have two kids under three, and there was a porta cot and high chair available so we didn't have to bring them. There was also wifi. There was a great pool on site, an enclosed courtyard for the kids to play in, and it was right across the road from the magnetic Island ferry terminal. We would definitely stay there again.

Home away from home
Fantastic apartment in secure complex. Perfect location close to the Strand, the Ville and the ferry. We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one in 10 day stay Although very centrally located once in the complex didn’t feel like being in a city but was a great tropical beach break. Our 2.5 year old daughter loved the place, so child friendly, pool had a shallow end she could wade in and even toys and books in the apartment. We normally stay in hotels / resorts so didn’t know what to expect, VERY pleasantly surprised, absolutely EVERYTHING you need is supplied even plenty of different Nespresso pods to choose from. Cannot fault the place or host and would love to come back.

Great location, modern - spacious with a gorgeous private yard
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and were sad to leave. Francis the owner was a text away from any question or concern and was friendly and easy to work with. Quite simply I loved staying there and would not hesitate to rebook it should I find myself in Townsville again. We stayed in this apartment for 22 days during January and February 2020 with my young adult daughter. It is a very nicely decorated (modern, minimalistic - comfortable) apartment on the ground floor of a nice three-story building complex. The apartment includes a gorgeous yard and has a large main living space. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need the large living area comes with tv (some local channels as well as Netflix.) The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bathroom has a good large shower. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well. The bedrooms were a comfortable size. The apartment is very well equipped and it really big. There is a full laundry in the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer as well as a drying line outside. The complex is gated and there is onsite visitor parking that can be accessed as well as an assigned garage for the unit (of which I found a little tight.) The apartment location is excellent. The apartment is located at the end of the strand. There is a trail located just outside the building that is attached to the stand giving you about 2.5 kilometers of beachfront to walk along. The trail and beach area of the strand are gorgeous and all of this is just outside the doors of this wonderful apartment.

Great little unit in a gated complex Clean and tidy and in a great location Only down side was one parking space in a garage. We travelled with 2 cars but luckily, a kind neighbour let us park our second car in her spot. Bigger wagons/4x4 might struggle to fit in the garage. There are visitors spots available but never seen one free but can’t complain about the unit. Would definitely book again
