The property is a real gem. A bit dated but don't let that put you off. Great location, amazing traditional breakfast, great little public bath and super nice staff. Just remember to take your shoes off before entering.

Staff went above and beyond every step of the way. Kind and polite. The staff didn't speak much English but with the use of translators and visual explanations it went very smoothly.

外湯めぐりに便利な場所でした。 豪勢なカニ料理と工夫された朝食、スタッフの方の丁寧な対応は念願だった城崎温泉初訪問を彩ってくれました。城崎温泉サイコーでした。

お風呂に入る際、うちは子供用のタオルは無い、いるなら有料と言われました。今どきあまり聞いたことがない対応だったのでちょっと驚きました。 あと、朝のチェックアウト前にいきなり清掃員がドアを開けて入ってきました。

外湯チケット付でした。

平日の素泊まりだったためか、安い料金で泊まらせて頂きました。事前の知識なしで予約したのですが、部屋は広くて清潔感あふれ、ベッドも大きめで寛げました。チェックアウト日の午後まで利用できる外湯チケットまで付いて大満足です。 館内に電子レンジはなく、付近にはコンビニを含めお惣菜を売っているお店は少なかったです。

年越し旅行

お出迎えからお見送りまで丁寧にしていただきました。 食事は個室で用意されており、ゆったり食事を楽しむことができました。夕食も朝食もどれもおいしくて、とても満足です。 部屋は清潔で広くてとても良かったです。 また来たいと思える旅館でした。
