"Check in 3pm and Check out time is 10am. This is so bad, normally should be 12 to 2pm. Because of the restaurant that is open in the courtyard of the hotel at night from 7:30 in the evening until night, it is not possible to be comfortable in the hotel and the hotel area is practically closed after 7. "There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. "My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alvise’s country cottage! He was incredibly friendly and helpful as a host. The location has a beautiful view and lots of privacy, which was more than worth the price. We were able to get some much needed rest and visit the surrounding sites, such as Cefalù, with ease. The host is brilliant and personally met us despite arriving at midnight. "Dont book this property- they don't tell you it's next to a construction site with loud drilling noise starting at 7 am. There were several powercuts, with people getting stuck in the lift, unable to get into our apartment at night and wifi constantly shuts off. The power cut out at least 7 times during my 1 week stay.
