Very friendly staff ( especially BENA, who was very helpful and super nice).. nice mountain view especially at the sun rise ..i took the superior room and it was in a good condition. Room was cleaned every day .

horrible experience...
first they had give us a key to the room , when we enter it was already occupied , it is horrible experience for people in the roomn that someone open a door and step in, other than that , parking area is just outside hotel in the mods , hotel staff were rookies and without any experience acting very confused, breakfast area was very busy uncontrolled and a total chaos, we asked for a spoon to have cerals, they have replied , we are ran out of spoon, we gave up and we went to their coffeee shop to have a coffeee to get a pea

Otelin çok dolu olmadığı belli oluyordu ancak 2 çocuklu aileyi özellikle erkek çocuklu aileyi yanyana odalara vermek mantıklı bir tercih olmuyor eğer boş odalar varsa. Çocuğum yandaki çocuğun sesini duydukça(duvarlar çok ses geçiriyor) yanına gitmek istedi. Gece uyanıp ağlama ve sorun yaşamamak adına oda değişikliği talep ettik; başka oda verildi ancak odaya girdiğimizde ise yatak dağınık wcde sigara içilmiş bardaklara külleri atılmış olarak bulduk. Yastıkların üzerine havlu serip uyuduk ertesi gün ablalar temizledi. klima bozukmuş gece uyandığımızda derece düşünce farkettik. Ayrıca yataklar çok aşırı rahatsız eşim ve ben bel ağrısı ile uyandık 2 gün geçmedi. Konforlu değildi. Tüm bu olumsuzluklara rağmen kahvaltı ve personel yaklaşımları iyiydi. Çocuk oyun odası da yeterliydi.

Oda çok küçük ama yeterli her şey var. En büyük problem klima çalışmıyordu, çalışıyordu ama çalışmıyordı bir limitör falan takılmış sanırım çok can sıktı üşüdük , uğraşmak istemedik resepsiyonistin türkçesi zayıftı türk değildi, öte yandan duvarlar çok inceydi ve bir yan odada yaşanan cinsel durumları duyuyor olmak rahatsız etti.

Öncelikle personel taleplerinizi güleryüzlü ve hızlı bir şekilde karsılıyor.Otel yeni ve temiz.Kahvaltisı iyi.Sabah çıkip gece otele dönüyorsaniz fiyatina gore cok cok iyi.Arap turist oldukca fazla ama Trabzon dakinotellrin tamaminda bu durum var sanirim.
