"Staff were inattentive. At check in I asked to combine my two reservations and was told someone would get back to me, no one did. At check out, it was a near argument with the staff (who were asleep when I was trying to leave) about them saying I needed to have my room checked before I was “allowed” (in his words) to leave. Other staff didn’t speak English and were unhelpful when I tried to communicate over Google translate. My room was not cleaned one of the nights I stayed. I expected more...

"The hotel was good for the location. It had a stop of the bus taking you to the airport directly. My room was very spacious, and this was the cheapest room on the property. The breakfast was not a buffet and I had to book a time for my breakfast and choose the menu. Still, the cook was not available at the appointed time and I had to wait."

"In general it is a good new hotel, however I think it’s overpriced. There was a strong smell of sewerage in the shower and ventilation didn’t work. Another strange thing that guests should pay attention to when booking on Expedia is that the actual hotel address doesn’t match it’s location on the website map. I didn’t notice that when I was looking for the hotel near the place I planned to visit and I had to go by taxi back and forward another 6 km (half an hour drive) every day instead walking...

"I stayed in the property for two days only and I liked its location. It was within walking distance from the centre and the cost was right for the convenience. The owner cared too much for the safety of the room and its furniture. There were messages with fees and the table was covered with oilcloth. The carpet was not clean enough. The property does not have a restaurant, so breakfast is not available even for extra payment. On the other hand, there are many restaurants around."

"Unique point - very very brown Soviet place, clean but dismal. Large room, basic, things worked...just. Reception desk often unmanned. Breakfast served only in room, on a brown table, basic food ordered from pictures. Staff were not very friendly, little smiling, a lot of sighing. Transfer was good, collected punctually early hours of the morning. Situation is good, close to central sights and bus stops. But path is a track with huge puddles to negotiate."
