"I really loved the fact that I could upgrade to a 4* apartment for a reasonable fee. The room was absolutely gorgeous, with a very large and comfortable bed. The bathroom and room were very clean; basically nothing beats a recently built property where you feel that things are new and very clean. I also loved the fact that it was very warm in the room, it helps to have excellent heating in the middle of winter when temperature hits negatives. "Great staff made sure I feel welcome on my arrival. First my booking was not to be found on their system and they went above and beyound finding it even stayed a few mins after 10pm. Desk is not attended after 10pm. Room quite big and very clean and bed very cosy. "
