"This is our fourth time. The Pool Suites are really worthwhile - well set out with large balcony and of course pool. The beach at Khlong Prou is possibly the nicest beach in Koh Chang where the hotel is. The staff are really excellent - Miss Nui, Miss Mod, and Mr Sadam and Mr Zin - english to thai might be wrong - and many other staff really nice and helpful. Can recommend the offers where you get credit of 1000 baht a day - means you can use as you wish - restaurant in hotel is excellent and 15 per cent off in low season. Food is thai style if you want that. My partner did a course in fruit carving and that was well run and fun. Gym and pools are excellent. Has transfers to town which is not far. "

"Amazing stay on stunning grounds. They have a cable car to take you from top to bottom. My only complaint is you’re not allowed to have your own water bottle in restaurants. Seems like the opposite of what places should be encouraging today!"

"I enjoyed four nights in a bungalow on the front line of Kae Bae beach. The accommodation was very comfortable and it was such a pleasure to look directly out to the beach and water from the front door. And there was a lovely porch there to sit on and enjoy the scenery. In addition, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The town area is just a 6-7 minute walk away, but a concierge was available to take me in a cart. Lots of dining and massage options in the town area. Overall, I had a great stay and will hope to return one day…"

"We loved the pools and the view from the hotel across the beach and out to sea. The staff were incredibly lovely and the splash pool and slide a hit with the kids. The morning yoga was wonderful the restaurant food was good too. The only downside for us was that the property is in need of some renovation. Broken tiles in beach pool, proves missing their thatching, our outdoor shower was unusable as filthy and in poor condition. The indoor shower was a handheld standing or sitting in bath so not ideal."

"Beautiful location right on the beach. Clean rooms and extremely helpful staff. They helped me rent a scooter when we checked in and they delivered it within 5 minutes. Location is across the street from a 7-11 and a nice steakhouse and other hotels right nearby that were all fun and the area was very nice. Definitely happy I chose this hotel for my stay...we liked it so much we stayed an extra day to relax and enjoy =)"

"The resort is beautiful and the views from the rooms and pool area are stunning. The service is top notch and the breakfast + drinks were delicious. The beachfront is more aesthetic as it's very rocky, so not the type of beach you can swim in or enter. That being said, it was very cheap and easy to get transport to the other beaches around the island. "

"Beautiful place on the beach the manager was fantastic and always so kind and willing to help you with anything. They arranged tours very well and travelling to and from the property, my little bungalow in front of the beach was just fabulous. They do have a pool it’s not open yet they’re working on it but it’s a beautiful pool when it’s down it will be fantastic."
