"The property is fabulous. It's located just west of Greenville (a beautiful city) on the banks of the Saluda river. It is a privately-owned tiny home in a group of other homes in the Saluda Outdoor River Co (closed for the season). The ambience is perfect - string lights draped between trees, fire pits, outdoor seating areas and of course the view is fabulous. The home has everything you need - plus wine! Lots of thoughtful touches. "

"The perfect cozy, home-away-from-home when we visit our son. Big enough to entertain roommates with a home cooked meal, close enough to send the roommates back to school and have great family time. This was our 2nd stay and this time we made use of the fenced dog-friendly yard, grill, and fire pit. A very special weekend."

"Wow! My friends and I spent a night in Greenville and absolutely loved the townhome. So clean. So well decorated….even a beautiful Christmas tree. Very close to downtown. We walked downtown in the day and it took us less than 20 minutes. Chase was super responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again. "
