The condo is located within a community-owned building that features food, family, arts, and wellness activities onsite for guests to enjoy. Guests have easy and close access to the Boardman Trail Loop and are within easy walking, biking, or busing distance to all cultural, natural, and urban amenities Traverse City has to offer.

This condo is perfect for traveling businesspersons or small families looking to stay close to all the attractions of Traverse City, wineries, craft breweries and restaurants. This condo can accommodate 2 guests. No Pets.

The property features an elevator from the basement garage level all the way up to your condo, no need to climb stairs. This condo is a single level with no interior stairs.

This Traverse City Studio boasts one Queen sized bed and one full bath in an open concept space. There are walls between the living spaces and the sleeping space, however it is an open concept space and features no door or doorwall to the sleeping area. If you’re traveling with a young one, you’ll find a Pack and Play crib and a highchair in the entry closet. Everything you need after a day exploring or a day of co-working and meetings.

The condo has one full bathroom featuring a standup shower. All bathrooms feature high quality amenities. We have furnished everything you may need for a stay away from home.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook up tasty meals, including new stainless- steel appliances, a French press with coffee, cream and sugar available. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary utensils, glassware, and dinnerware. A crockpot and blender are available for use in our common library area. We also supply kids' bowls, utensils, and a highchair for young families.

This open concept living room/kitchen and dining area is the cozy space with large picture windows to enjoy the view and plush furnishings to sit and relax, a flat-screen Smart TV equipped with HULU live cable channels, Netflix, and Disney+ for your own logins. If you’re looking for some family fun or a group activity, check out our board game collection. We have also supplied some kids' toys and books for your use.

Staying longer than a couple of days? Check out our laundry facility conveniently located on your floor and available for your use anytime. An Iron, Ironing board and Vacuum are also provided in the laundry room.

Need a little fresh air? Head out to The Roost outdoor patio area next to our community kitchen and co-working space for your morning coffee in the cool breezes and enjoy!

Parking Options

Onsite metered: Free parking is available from 6pm-8am in the basement garage. Signage states no overnight parking, please ignore the signage as it is not metered or monitored between 6pm-8am, however they are promptly here to check meters at 8am. 3-hour metered parking is available in the basement level of the building Mon-Sat 8am-6pm. The metered spaces are integrated with ParkMobile, an easy and convenient automated parking system that allows visitors to pay for their parking via mobile app on their smart phones, the internet, or a toll free number. Parking meters will also continue to accept coin change.

Free: Open Street parking is available on Boardman Ave., Webster St., Washington St., Wellington St. and surrounding neighborhood streets. The City does not allow overnight parking from November 16 through April 14 of each year. Follow street signage. The government building parking lot on Boardman Ave. across the street from has free parking on the weekends, is paid parking during the week.

Old Town Paid Garage is located 0.3 miles west of Common Grounds on the same street--- 125 E. Eighth St. Enforced Mon-Sat 8:00am-6:00pm$1.25-$1.50/hour max $20.00 or monthly permit for $30.00.

Hardy Paid Garage is located 0.4 miles north of Common Grounds at 303 E. State St. Enforced Mon-Sat 8:00am-6:00pm$1.25-$1.50/hour max $20.00 or monthly permit for $50.00.

Beautiful one bedroom with a kitchen, clean building , comparable to a college vibe.perfect nest for a couple. Location was awesome, close to downtown and donuts down the street. Only issue was you have to turn right on 8th street because of traffic flow. Recommend the hidden gem.
