#5 - 2 sets of bunk beds, twin beds on top and full beds on the bottom, are in an alcove attached to a large room that is a great hang-out space with TV, and games.
There is also a queen sleeper sofa in this room.

Dock and a mooring ball to anchor a boat.

Long Lake Township Consumer Fireworks
Ordinance #130, as amended
Section 5 prohibits the discharge of consumer fireworks except for
the following times:
1. After 11 a.m. on December 31 and before 1 a.m. on January 1.
2. Between 11 a.m. and 11:45 p.m. on the Saturday and Sunday
immediately preceding Memorial Day.
3. Between 11 a.m. and 11:45 p.m. on June 29 through July 4.
4. If July 5 falls on a Friday or Saturday, then between 11:00 a.m.
and 11:45 p.m. on July 5.
5. Between 11 a.m. and 11:45 p.m. on the Saturday and Sunday
immediately preceding Labor Day.
Section 6 details the enforcement and penalties of this ordinance.
Violators are responsible for a municipal civil infraction and subject
to a civil fine of $1,000. Enforcement is through the Grand
Traverse County Sheriff and Township designees.
Long Lake Township Noise Ordinance #80
Section II, prohibits the following:
A. The playing of any radio, television, phonograph, other sound
reproduction devise, or musical instrument in such a manner or at
such a volume as to be sufficiently audible to annoy or disturb
the quiet, comfort or repose of persons in the vicinity
B. The keeping of any animal or bird which, by causing frequent
or long continued noise, shall disturb the comfort and repose of
any person in the vicinity.
C. The use of any motor vehicle, including motorcycles, in such a
manner as to create a disturbing noise, including, but not limited
to, the screeching of tires and the discharge into the open air of
exhaust from the engine without a sufficient muffler.
D. Shouting or other raucous or boisterous behavior for an
unreasonable length of time.
Section IV of the ordinance deems any violation of the ordinance
to be a municipal civil infraction punishable by a civil fine of up to
$500. This ordinance is enforced by the Grand Traverse County
Sheriff and his deputies.
Long Lake Township
Park Rules Ordinance No. 22 of 1995, as amended and
Natural Area Rules Ordinance No. 105 of 2008, as amended
Overnight parking is prohibited in any township-owned park or
natural area. Pets are prohibited at township-owned beaches
and other park properties. Leashed pets are allowed in township- owned natural areas. Other rules are posted at these properties
and are strictly enforced

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $129 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $2000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please be advised that it is absolutely imperative for all renters to keep their dogs on a leash at all times. While we truly appreciate and value pets, ensuring that our furry friends are leashed or properly secured is of utmost importance to us. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.

Campfires must be contained within the fire ring. Fires shall be under adult supervision at all times and fully extinguished prior to leaving the fire.
DOCK – You can expect the dock to be available for use Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please only use the dock for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. Winds and waves pick up super-quick and can cause damage to boats and docks if the boat is kept there too long. There are no protective dock bumpers to prevent potential boat-docking issues. There is a mooring ball available near the dock available to anchor the boat.
