But it is in a centralized location to many activities. Traverse City is only 25 mins away. Boyne mountain is 1 hr North and Crystal mountain is 1 hr West.

Please note :
The house is cooled by two mini split units in the main areas. Two of the bedrooms do not have direct access to these areas, but do have ceiling fans that help keep them cool during the warm summer months.
