"Communication throughout booking was amazing. Condo has spectacular views of the pool and gulf!! Clean and spacious. Everything we needed for the beach was supplied. Chairs. Umbrella, Towels! Kitchen was well equipped. Furniture was modern and very comfortable. Sunset Vista is a gem!! Will definitely stay again. Thank you Lisa and Garth!! "

"Nice condo in Treasure Island. First time visiting this part of Florida. The view is AMAZING! We spent early mornings watching the sunrise on the ocean view balcony. Condo had beach towels and lots of beach gear/toys included. (We left a volleyball and football to add to the beach items). Nice addition to each bedroom was a floor fan to help cool you down after a hot day at the beach. Nice courtyard with games and seating with beautiful views. Staff was extremely nice. "Booked it for the view and it did not disappoint. Great location, convenient parking, very easy access to the beach. This was an anniversary getaway and we had an amazing time. Would consider this a great place for a couple or a family with young kids as you do have to share the shower area. Also please note that the pool is literally right next to your balcony which was not an issue for us but if you do sleep very early that could potentially be a bother.
