The location of this property was on a quiet street and yet close to many things to enjoy on foot including the Opera Metro. All of the staff was very kind and spoke English, French to help us practice and other languages. Our VP status entitled us to a complementary bottle of Prosecco all of the reception staff was eager to remind us we had available to us, and when we did decide to enjoy it, it was delivered to us with two champagne flutes immediately. We enjoyed having the balcony. We enjoyed the details from the hotel room, cleaning staff like decorating the tissue paper and placing our makeup items into glasses to organize the sink area The beds & bedsheets were extremely comfortable. Breakfast included hot and cold items and was just right. Umbrellas were offered to us & lots of heating inside. the complementary Lavazza espresso, coffee, latte machine in the Lobby was invaluable and high-quality. We also had a Nespresso machine in our room and a carafe of filtered water filled daily. Our two story room had the small lounge/ closet / dressing area downstairs & bedroom, second balcony, shower & WC on upper level.

Amazing friendly staff and beautiful hotel. Would highly recommend. Reception a staff were exceptional and very welcoming. Great location to see all the Sites and quiet location.

I really feel like the photos were a bait and switch. I booked it for 3 adults (one was my 6 year old child). There was no cleaning service unless you paid 50 euros a day. After I booked, they gave a multiple page document that we had to review and sign. The room had NO WHERE to put clothing. No dresser. The pull out couch made it impossible to walk as the room was too small, especially for 3 adults. There was a table in the picture and chairs which giave the impression it was larger, but it indeed was the smaller one. We arrived and the lobby was under construction - dust was everywhere. In fact, it was so dusty that my husband's coat was literally covered in dust. I complained about the garbage and someone was nice enough to have our room cleaned. BUT one of the staff said I wasn't staying long enough to have my room cleaned. I said, we booked 5 days in a tiny room, and the garbage was so tiny, I could barely put trash in it. The property was "new" but I felt it was not prepared - as it was under construction - which had I known, I would not have booked such a hotel. There were no amenities. It was just a small room and the employee whom I showed the room too agreed it was too small for 3 people. While yes, it was brand new - there was no room to cook, and since we had no where to put our stuff, it made no sense to even cook there. It is winter and so our 3 coats barely fit in the tiny closet. Our luggage was huge so we literally could not keep it open.

We did not like the staff. We were staying 3 people in the same room. And we asked for extra pillows and etc 4 times. and at last they brought and left to the room.

Very nice to stay, staff and room always clean and complete. I have a regular room which is small but bed is like king size, maybe queen size fits well enough. Love to stay again. Thanks guys :)
