Centrally Located

I have always stay at this hotel when in Tres Rios. The staff is friendly, the location is excellent, walk outside and you are at the center of the area, mall, restaurants, park and night life. The morning complimentary breakfast is good.

This property is located in a central area, walkable to many dining options and etc...the building itself has only 10 years, furniture is nice and comfy beds. Cleanness needs a little bit of attention on the small details, walls, fridge, hallways...and they definitely should invest in new towels and sheets. Overall it's ok, but needs some improvement...management needs to advise their associates more and they need supervision.

Sem problemas

Hotel com bom custo-benefício, cama confortável, café da manhã completo e bom atendimento. Duas observações: o estacionamento é terceirizado e pago (não lembro de ter lido no site, R$35/dia), com a rampa de entrada bem estreita para veículos maiores - com SUV, por exemplo, é preciso tomar muito cuidado com a primeira curva da rampa. No geral, sem problemas. As ruas da cidade estão em obras (ago/25) e com algumas alterações de sentido que o Google Maps não pegou.

Insatisfatório

Fiquei surpreso com a falta de iniciativa dos funcionários da recepção. O hotel funciona em um prédio com inúmertos andares. Quando chegamos fomos informados que o elevador estava com problemas, mas fomos alocados no sétimo andar, que na verdade era o décimo priomeiro por haver três níveis de garagem e um de administração. Para piorar, no check out, tiveram a coragem de nos cobrar o consumo de uma água mineral do frigobar, depois de termos que descer e subir todas essas escadas em cada vez que precisamos sair e descer para tomar café. Isso foi suficiente para não voltarmos mais no hotel e não recomendá-lo.

Quarto confortável, excelente cama, colchas e travesseiros. So fiquei surpresa de não ter estacionamento proprio o hotel, que a recepcionista me informou ter no aplicativo num segundo clique a informação completa. E eu havia lido "estacionamento disponivel" no aplicativo, o que me fez entender que era oferecido pelo hotel, sem ter que pagar uma diaria de 35,00 no estacionamento ao lado com passagem para o hotel. Nao entendi mesmo isso.
