"Empezamos con mal pie ya que el apartamento no lo habían limpiado, camas sin hacer. Suelos sin limpiar, enseres de cocina sucios, sartenes que necesitan renovación...pero el propietario nos dio una compensación y fue muy atento y amable en todo momento. Por lo demás la casa muy acogedora, camas cómodas, todo lo necesario. Ubicación perfecta. Casa con encanto, todo muy bien"

"The position of the property is amazing overlooking the port and the town of Llanes and the surrounding area is fantastic. The apartment is very nice but the equipment is very basic. The WiFi doesn’t work, there is no oven, there are not enough knives and forks and cups for 6 people, there is no sharp knife, the filter coffee machine does not work and the Italian coffee maker doesn’t work with an induction hob. The company who run the property replied once when informed of this and then...

"The apartment is well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). It is located near a busy road and this makes it very noisy on the balcony and when the windows are open. The pool is fine but there is no seating provided around the pool."
