Finished basement including a private entrance/door, a bedroom with a full-size bed and small walk-in closet, an electric stove, a large microwave, a refrigerator, a washer and dryer, a bathroom including a shower, a spacious living room with a complete sofa set (including a sofa bed) and a 55-inch wall-mounted TV, with enough space for a queen-size mattress (which can be provided if requested), a dining table with chairs for meals; plenty of parking space, exterior security cameras all around the property; a quiet and safe neighborhood with a public community/county pool, baseball/soccer and soccer fields, as well as walkable trails and a local beach/park well maintained by the local government and located less than 20 minutes away by car.

I was very happy with this basement unit as i was working at Prince William Forest Park. Alphonse is a thoughful owner and asked me on more than one occasion if everything was okay and if there might be anything I might need. Highly recommend this property for any stay near Washington, DC.

Perfect for small group
This was nice, remodeled and clean. It’s a side entrance, finished basement but plenty of privacy. Owners communicated well and nice simple little place to stop on a trip.
