Free wi fi free ADSL line very cute and nice apartment completely renovated house in the garden with good air near the terminus of the 6, 9 to 3 minutes from the city center. Very bright in a quiet and well served by buses with shops downstairs bars and restaurants. District very warm and friendly with the church in the square in a very green and quiet. Comprising two bedrooms with spacious closets and new kitchen living room with flat screen washing machine, bathroom with shower closet. The apartment is located around towels coordinate sheets pans cutlery and glasses.

Quick trip
Well situated property in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to a bus stop and a quick bus ride to the train station. Grocery store within walking distance (also a cafe and gelato shop). Would definitely stay here again.

Prima verblijf
Een prima appartementje aan het eind van de buslijn. Je zit hoog in Triëst op ongeveer 3,5km van het centrum. Er is een privé parkeerplaats bij het appartement dat is heel fijn. Het appartement heeft ook een airco, die maakt het draaglijk als het buiten warm is. Wanneer je alle ramen opengooit vinden de mugjes je heel snel, en ze steken behoorlijk. Echt heel dichtbij: bakker, cafeetje, apotheek. Iets verder (300m) een kleine SPAR supermarkt. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis om Triëst en omgeving te ontdekken. Maar niet een huis om dagen in te verblijven. Slapen en eten kun je er goed. Uitstekende communicatie met de beheerder. Zij is vriendelijk, snel en efficiënt. Barbara: complimenten!!

La posizione dell’appartamento e’ perfetta, infatti il centro è raggiungibile anche a piedi,ma in ogni caso la zona (molto tranquilla) e’ ben servita dagli autobus. L’appartamento in se’ e’ carino, confortevole e fornito di tutto.

Sehr schöne und komfortable Wohnung
Die nett eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung hat alles was man zum Urlaub braucht. Die wichtigsten Geschäfte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der absperrbare Privatparkplatz kostet zwar extra, er ist es aber wert, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs sein will. Den Parken in Triest ist nicht möglich. Die Wohnung gefiel uns sehr gut, die Stadt weniger, deshalb ein Stern Abzug.

Fantástica estadia em visita a filha e amigas em Erasmus, e em muito graças a este belíssimo apartamento, com espaço mais do que suficiente para os 6 que fomos. Toda a casa decorada com muito bom gosto e cozinha com tudo o que é essencial. Recomendo pois vivamente a quem viajar, como nós, com famílias grandes. Excelente experiência. Obrigado!!!

Zu empfehlen
Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr angenehm, geräumig, gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Betten sind wunderbar und es gibt Kissen und Decken jede Menge. Die Lage ist etwas entfernt vom Zentrum, aber es gibt gute Busverbindungen mit Nr. 6 vom Bahnhof und Nr. 9 von der Piazza de l'Unita bis jeweils zur Endstelle. Die heißt San Giovanni aber manchmal auch Piazzale Gioberti. Also, nicht irritieren lassen. Die Beschreibung Garten und in den Wäldern lässt mehr Natur erwarten, als vorhanden, aber die Wohnung ist angenehm, auch wenn man nicht draußen sitzen kann. Man sollte allerdings bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen können. Die Straße direkt unter den Schlafraumfensten ist in der Nacht nicht sehr befahren, aber am Morgen wird es laut. Leider war die Kommunikation mit Barbara nicht so gut. Deshalb beschreibe ich z.B. die Anfahrt so genau. Ein Supermarkt ist übrigens auch ziemlich nahe und auch weitere Geschäfte. Barbara teilte mir in der Nacht vor unserer Anreise per Mail mit, dass sie nicht in Triest sein wird. Die Mail fand ich nach unserer Rückkehr. Wir erfuhren dann, wo der Schlüssel liegt eher zufällig bei einem Anruf, weil wir uns verspätet hatten. Wir haben alles gefunden, die Betten haben wir selbst bezogen und uns durchgefragt. Schade, dass es so gar keinen Kontakt und Infos über Triest gab. Ein bisschen mietet man ja auch bei Privatpersonen, wegen des Kontaktes zu Einheimischen.

Pulito ed accogliente
Abbiamo soggiornato a Trieste per una settimana e in questo grazioso appartamento e ci siamo sentiti veramente come a casa nostra. Gli spazi sono ben ripartiti e funzionali. Per raggiungere il centro c'è l'autobus, molto vicino, e si impiegano circa 8-10 minuti. I negozi alimentari nelle vicinanze rendono comodo fare la spesa quotidiana. Abbiamo trovato sempre parcheggio sotto casa lungo la strada. Consiglierei senza dubbio questo appartamento ad amici.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
1601053 Wir fanden ein sauberes und aufgeräumtes Appartment vor, dessen ruhige Lage in der frischen Luft aus dem nahen Wäldchen (Boschetto) einen erholsamen Kontrast zum etwas entfernter gelegenen Stadtzentrum bieten. Dennoch ist auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, konkret den Buslinien 6 und 9 ( la prossima fermata è San Giovanni) das Stadtzentrum, der Hafen ja sogar Schloss Miramar (Linea 6) ohne Umsteigen zu müssen bequem zu erreichen.

Grazioso appartamento in zona tranquilla
Veramente grazioso questo appartamento, mi è piaciuta molto l'ubicazione. Si trova in una zona tranquilla di Trieste, quasi un piccolo paesino, ma allo stesso tempo, il centro è raggiungibile con il bus in pochi minuti. E' vicinissimo, infatti, ai capolinea degli autobus che ti portano nella città vecchia e al mare, la riviera di Barcola. E' arredato con semplicità, ma con gusto e risulta fresco perché si affaccia sul verde. La cucina è ben organizzata, c'è una zona living e due camere da letto, il bagno è funzionale. Bello! Ci ritornerei volentieri.

Ruhiges Wohngebiet - dennoch laut
Wir - zwei Erwachsene, zwei Jugendliche - haben die kleine Ferienwohung leider während einer ungewöhnlichen Hitzeperiode (bis 38°C) besucht. Ohne Klimaanlage war es erforderlich, alle Fenster geöffnet zu halten, so dass die unmittelbar an den Schlafzimmern vorbeigehende Straße (kein Bürgersteig, Erdgeschoss) erheblichen Lärm quasi die ganze Nacht durch bedingte. Vermutlich ist es ruhiger, wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind (Schallschutz vorhanden). Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber, hat einen wunderschönen Parkettfussboden. Leider ist die Küche nur minimalistisch ausgestattet wenn man kochen will. Es gab noch nicht mal eine Parmesanreibe und keine Messer, mit denen man schneiden konnte.

Appartement en rêve !
L'appartement est peut-être "bien" décoré et bien situé mais il n'est pas conforme à sa description : - pas de climatisation comme promis (depuis, l'annonce a été modifiée...normalement ?). - le jardin inaccessible n'est pas loué avec l'appartement mais avec des milliers de moustiques affamés qui rentrent par les fenêtres ouvertes de l'appartement en l'absence de climatisation. - le parking est la rue. - la piscine est la piscine municipale. - une casserole sans manche et une minuscule poêle pour cuisiner pour 4. - des restes de poisson dans le congélateur plein de glace. - des tâches sur le linge de maison. - du moisi dans les placards. - des cheveux dans la salle de bain. - dans la cuisine, un seau plein d'eau croupie issue d'un hypothétique lavage de sol ?? - la chaine de la chasse d'eau bricolée par la propriétaire a cassé 2 fois mais on nous avait recommandé de faire très très attention, alors... Et pour finir, lorsque à notre arrivée, nous avons fait remarquer à la propriétaire l'absence de climatisation (comme promis dans l'annonce) en cette période de canicule : elle nous a désigné un petit ventilateur puis nous a recommandé de consulter un médecin pour ce besoin de frais car, jamais au grand jamais, elle n'installerait la climatisation dans son appartement. Remarque hallucinante qui nous a fait comprendre immédiatement que l'espoir d'une prise en compte de nos attentes était totalement vaine !

Très joli à côté du centre
L'appartement est vraiment très bien soigné et propre le décor est superbe! Les fenêtres qui donnent sur le jardin sont très agréable car il fait frais et on pouvait au moins respirer... Il faisait très chaud !!! On est à côté du centre ville et il y a deux bus qui vous amènent à la plage et à la place de l' Unita!!! Les bus sont en face de l'appartement . On y trouve tout couteaux casseroles la machine pour le café ! La propriétaire parle très bien français très gentille et disponible... On a passé de bons moments!

No tiene aire acondicionado (tiene un pequeño ventilador). La puerta de la lavadora está rota y la limpieza fue escasa.. Si abres las ventanas entra mucho ruido. Es amplio , bien situado y comunicado. Para ir los meses que no haga calor está bien.

Uno splendido soggiorno
Ambiente molto pulito e accogliente a quattro paso dal centro. Arredamento molto trendy , molto fresco pur essendo in estate. La linea wi-fi è molto veloce!! I bus e i negozi sono subito fuori casa, in più ci sono i parcheggi per la macchina Sicuramente ci torneremo volentieri!!!

Sistemazione perfetta!!!
Casa carina facile da raggiungere dalla stazione(linea 6) che ti porta praticamente sotto casa, molto pulita, e se si volesse cucinare ci si trova tutto il necessario. La presenza della rete wi-fi non è da trascurare.Ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicuramente se capiterà nuovamente di trovarmi a Trieste cercherò certamente disponibilità in questa comoda e silenziosissimo abitazione.Prezzo onestissimo.

Silenzioso ed accogliente
Siamo arrivati da Firenze in macchina in 4 dopo la mezzanotte e nonostante l'ora tarda, abbiamo trovato una signora gentile ad accoglierci, che ha provveduto a darci tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento era pulito e silenzioso. Ci siamo trovati bene e soprattutto abbiamo percepito una grande libertà di utilizzo della casa. Un bel week-end in una splendida città.

molto carina pulita in mezzo al verde
Ho soggiornato per la seconda volta in una delle case della proprietaria ed ho riscontrato le medesime caratteristiche: casa molto pulita e molto curata nei minimi dettagli lezuola molto profumate e materrassi molto comodi!!! La casa gode di un'ottima posizione in mezzo al verde e vicina al centro città. ci tornerò!!!
