"Great experience! Very clean AND easy to keep clean. Spacious, lots of light and good views. We cook and found the kitchen was excellent! A block off Main Avenue and the great restaurants and coffee shops. Location of apartment is on a service street so there is no noisy traffic. Space for one car off street parking.We had six people over for supper and was comfortable and easy. Plenty of convenient storage space. It was just right for us! (our only 5 star rating for the 2024)"

Easy walking distance to downtown, the train station, etc. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet; so much so that deer wonder the area and bed down in the backyard many times. Truly a gem right in the middle of Durango. Do it, book it, you’ll be glad you did!"

"Great location close to Main Street in a quiet neighbourhood. House is exactly as described and is a wonderful spot to take a short vacation break. Very clean, very well stocked kitchen. "10/10 recommend! We came up for a quick weekend stay as a family of 4 - kids ages 5 and 1. The condo was exactly as advertised and more spacious than expected. Bed and couch super comfortable . Hosts were friendly and responsive. Right off 550 but not noisy, and Great view of purgatory and mt engineer. Only con is a lot of construction around but that’s everywhere in Durango right now and did not bother us."

"Absolutely gorgeous cabin with attention to details to make you feel at home. Things like spices, tea selection, coffee, and quick snacks along with some condiments. The linens and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were appointed with nice towels and bathing products. The host, Kathy, was prompt in answering all questions. There’s not a better place to stay in the area. Looking forward to a return visit. Again, can’t say enough about the attention to details. "
