This property is outdated and needs to be upgraded. I will never stay there again. It felt unsafe and it was definitely dingy and no pride. No one has cared for that hotel for years! Cracks in walls, bars on window, dirt In grout, cracked tile, different faucet handles, dirty carpet. Ugh

We would like a refund. On the evening of November 15th, we were checked-in to room 112 on your property. It was in unacceptable condition, and would like to be issued a full refund. The room’s condition was as follows: 1. The carpeted flooring in the rest room was soaked with sewage water that filled the room with the smell of excrement and mildew. 2. The beds were unkempt, appearing visibly slept in, with sheets that had bodily fluid. 3. The shower was unsanitary, and we were unable to use it.

This is an old property but has been nicely refurbished. The room was large and well appointed. Nice bed and bedding. The shower could have used better fixtures. Access to the property from I-25 was somewhat inconvenient. It was easy getting to it from the south but in the morning I had to go south 1 exit to access the hi way to continue my trip north.
