"This property was in a great location. We turned our rental car in as this was walkable to museums, dining and Zocolo. Didn't need it. Place was also very quiet being in the heart of a noisy city. Also felt very safe and secure with locked entry gates. Plenty of amenities and staff were ultra friendly and had helpful recommendations."

"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix.
