An enviable position facing the emerald green sea, Villa Il Rosso di Tramonto is an excellent compromise between an elegant villa that is both modern in its interior and rustic externally due to its characteristic pink granite cladding that completely camouflages it with the surrounding environment. A sense of continuity with the surrounding nature is also given by the roof / solarium due to the presence of a small maquis garden which completes an almost total fusion with it.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 people thanks to its 5 bedrooms nicely furnished in a simple but functional and welcoming way, plus the 3 bathrooms.

In the main building there are 4 bedrooms: an en-suite master bedroom, two bedrooms each with a single bed which becomes double thanks to the underneath pull-out bed, and a room with a bunk bed composed of a single bed plus a small double bed on top. You will also find an additional bathroom in the main building of the villa.

The dependance, with independent access from the garden, has a bedroom with a double bed and another bathroom.
A large, fully equipped modern kitchen overlooks an elegant, bright and panoramic living room due to the presence of large sliding windows that allow you to enjoy the presence of the sea even from inside the villa.

Spectacular sunsets over the sea will surprise you every day and you can benefit from this wonder that nature will offer you while sipping a drink on a comfortable little armchair or relaxing in the outdoor Jacuzzi that has recently embellished the villa.

Villa Rosso di Tramonto is located in the elegant and exclusive residential park of Portobello di Gallura, which access is reserved for residents only, so you can breathe a relaxing and reserved atmosphere, but at the same time convivial. It is also characterized by several hidden coves and beaches that are never crowded.
From the villa it is possible to reach on foot the sandy beach of Baia dell'Amore, only 350 meters away.
Baia Rosa, Baia dell'Uomo and the famous Lu Culumbu beach are just some of the beaches in Portobello that you can visit during your stay.
The park is also equipped with various meeting and socializing places such as the park restaurant, the Pizzeria, the Beach Lounge Bar and a small supermarket.
