"We booked for 4 days, price including breakfast. When we arrived to the hotel they said the restaurant is closed so they can't serve breakfast. Every time we call the reception no body answers. No one came to clean the room, after two days of our stay the woman of the cleaning service showed up to clean, she only changed the towels. We slept on the same bed sheet for 4 days! As for the location, the view is great, the space of the room is fair. We expected a nicer place. "

"Very nice hotel. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by a warn staff that gave us the privilege to pick our room by visiting the available rooms. We had a nice cosy dinner next to the chimney and the waiters were always available. The dinner was delicious, so was the rich lebanese breakfast that we had while enjoying a breathtaking view of the snowy highest peaks of lebanon.
