"Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und für Wanderungen sehr zentral gelegen. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir regen an, die schon etwas älteren Matratzen zu erneuern. Auch wäre es schön gewesen, wenn die Wohnung im Herbst etwas geheizt werden könnte. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns aber recht wohl."

"Die Anreiseinfos vom Vermieter waren sehr hilfreich, speziell zum Thema parken. Die Parkplätze waren sehr eng und am Berg, also für einen Flachländer sehr speziell. Die Lage der Wohnung ansonsten war ein super Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen. In der Wohnung selbst war alles in Ordnung. Es fehlen ein paar liebevolle Details, ein Toaster oder ein Backofen und Haken im Bad. Aber ansonsten war alles gut!"

"In the small print of the description of these apartments it states that a surcharge of 50 euros will be levied for cleaning costs. I find this unusual as cleaning is normally included in a set room price. If we had stayed at the House Neza for a week the cost spread over that period would be negligible. However we stayed for two nights and left the property in almost pristine condition. Therefore the surcharge seems excessive and in fact increased the substantial enough room price by 25 euros a...

"We booked this place for a family of 5 plus two grandparents. The flat is really big but poorly laid out. It had four bedrooms but only one toilet, separate from the bathroom. It really needs another toilet, there is plenty of space! There was no book explaining how everything works, and the electricity cut out when we switched the cooker on, leaving us having to work out how to sort the fuse box ourselves. "The property is located on a small street and there is almost no view of anything except the building across the street and there are way too many levels to negotiate. I was OK, but older people will find this inconvenient. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, with veranda. Not really kid safe because of open electrical outlets that kids can get into.
