"I would simply like to point out that your reception staff in particular Carla went above and beyond expectations in making my brief stay comfortable. I had arrived late at the Delta and had just suffered a shoulder and rib injury that same afternoon. She was able to help me get a quick meal via an upgrade ( VIP pantry) and made my checkin as comfortable as possible. "We had a lovely weekend in Trois Rivieres visiting family. The service at check in was great. The staff member spoke English very well. She made check-in quick and easy. It was much appreciated after a long drive in the car. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the toiletries were much appreciated. The lobby and public areas were also clean and updated. "
