This lovely and beautifully decorated luxury apartment will make you feel right at home for a winter holiday or a sunny summer getaway.

This spacious property, with a “Minergy” rating (the most energy efficient available in Switzerland), has 3 bedrooms, of which one has an ensuite bathroom, and an additional family bathroom with bath and shower over.

The master bedroom has a double bed, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have double beds, and share a family bathroom. All the bedrooms benefit from large fitted wardrobes.

The large open plan kitchen, dining and living area has wonderful mountain views to be enjoyed form the comfortable sofas or around the large dining table.

The kitchen is well equipped, with everything from a fondue set to a Nespresso machine to make your trip comfortable and ensure you can enjoy those family meals after a great day in the mountains.

The apartment is ideally placed 5 minutes walk from the newly updated Foilleuse Gondola lift in Morgins, which now gets you onto the snow in only four minutes. It has sunshine all day long on the large terrace overlooking the river and forest - accessed directly from all of the apartment’s rooms. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible on foot, and vehicle access is also easy with two private parking spaces in the garage - conveniently located on the same level as the apartment – together with a ski equipment room (with dedicated ski locker). The building also benefits from a shared sauna, steam room and games room.

Set right in the heart of the 650km Portes du Soleil ski area and only 90 minutes from Geneva airport, Morgins is the ideal destination for your winter holiday. Summer brings new activities to try, such as hiking, e-biking, or downhill biking on the many well marked trails for all levels.
