Wie geschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen ist die Wohnung an sich sehr klein aber sehr gemuetlich mit Kamin und vollwertiger Kueche und Bad. Dies wird durch den grossen Garten und Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien kompensiert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wuerden gerne wieder kommen."

"Wir haben eine gut ausgestattete und angemessen große Wohnung vorgefunden. Ein Blumenstrauß, ein Honigglas und Getränke standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage war traumhaft, womit wir die Ruhe, die Weite und die Nähe zu einer noch intakten Natur meinen. Die täglichen Kranichrufe waren Musik in unseren Ohren. "Ruhe und Natur pur. Das Haus liegt mitten im Müritz-Nationalpark im Bereich von Serrahn. Wer will, kann etliche Wanderungen direkt vom Ferienhaus starten lassen. An den kühlen, verregneten Novembertagen an denen wir da waren, wärmte das romantische Kaminfeuer hervorragend. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ uns nichts vermissen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir nutzten zum Einkaufen die Möglichkeiten in Neustrelitz, was ca. 15 km weg ist. Es war für uns, trotz des Wetters,...

"Das Haus war wie erwartet sehr schön und groß. Ebenso der Garten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und bei zwei kleineren Problemen mit dem Fernseher und dem WC sehr schnell in der Behebung. Empfehlen können wir das Restaurant "Die Linde" im nahen Ankershagen, gut per Rad erreichbar. Und natürlich den Havelkrug. An- und Abreise waren sehr flexibel und unkompliziert. Kommunikation per Mail war perfekt."

"The staff were amazing, polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel it’s self was stunning, all the facilities were perfect and the views were outstanding. I had an amazing stay and even though the construction was going on it didn’t interrupt anything. It was lovely and relaxing and I highly recommend. "

Beware of Hidden Fees

"Beware of Hidden Fees. We got hit with a €110 extra bill when leaving, with no communication of these fees beforehand. The check-in staff was nice but the person at checkout was very rude and argumentative. Stating that it was our fault for not knowing that there were extra fees for the sauna even though it is not stated anywhere at the hotel, on their website, on hotels.com or in any email communication and they failed to tell us this when we asked multiple times (!) about using the sauna. In addition they sent an email stating a $25.60 nightly charge for an extra person. But then they proceeded to charge us €30 per night which is a much higher rate, without informing us at all when we checked in. Overall it’s a shame because the place is nice and it made the stay unpleasant. We’ve travelled in this region a lot and have never had issues before this. The staff needs more training and they need to be more transparent around pricing which would make it much nicer."
