We have had a fabulous stay at this modern and clean property which is centrally located so only a short walk away from everything and with a stunning view of the city. Excellent communication with the owner regarding accessing the building and the property. Luggage store in the building was incredibly useful.

Fantastic flat in a great location. Detailed information provided for check in and how to find the flat which enabled a quick and easy arrival. The flat was far bigger than anticipated which was great. Everything as described and all we needed for a great stay. The location really is perfect to be able to walk everywhere and with lovely views over the harbour. Would absolutely stay again.

Great apartment, catered to everything you needed. Particularly appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine tablets and the hairdryer. It’s in a very good location, close to the bus stops, the shops in the centre and the Radisson blue where lots of the tours go from. Check in and out very easy, and efficient.

Hotel was new and modern and was right next to the water! Bus stop was right down the street and a short walk from the downtown area and many restaurants and docks. Living room was nice and big and had a nice balcony for viewing sunsets. The bedroom has a window viewing into the hallway and while there were curtains, the motion activated lights were somewhat distracting as people walked by at night. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked and creaked with every small movement. Very easy check in and out and luggage storage.

The stay in this hotel was pretty much satisfactory. The only point I suggest improvement is the instruction about finding the right building. There were many Total Apartments building in that area, and took me about 10 minutes to find the right building I booked. There were also many people wondering to find their hotel building.

Spacious modern apartment! Excellent stay!
The apartment was basically brand new and so spacious. Clear instructions were given. Much better than staying in a small hotel room. Felt like we were living there. Would stay again. Short walk to town and easy access to walk over the bridge to the Arctic Cathedral. Make sure to go to Vervet Bakery for the best coffee and pastries.

Just enjoyed lovely stay in these beautiful apartments in stunning Tromso. Location was perfect just few minutes walk to centre, bars, restaurants & supermarket. View from balcony was stunning & everything looked new & very clean. Under floor heating in bathroom was a plus. Only negatives was bedroom really small & WiFi poor. Good communication with hosts & self check in & finding property really easy. Would happily stay here again and recommend.

Lovely property would stay again. Communication regards to entering the property a few days before would have been great I did have to email them a few times. We didn't have a key to do the recycling so had to leave it on the side for the cleaners and our waste. But the apartment is lovely ideal location to stay whilst in tromso.

We really enjoyed our stay at TotalApartments Vervet Gjoa. 24 hours before check in we received all the information for finding the property which was very helpful, however the path was closed due to construction so we had to walk around to the right. We also enquired about a luggage room so we were able to store our suitcases in the apartment block before check in time, where they asked for payment but this seemed unnecessary. The room is un-manned with a code lock. This should be included in the accommodation cost. We had a slight problem during check-in as we couldn’t find our room number on any of the documents they sent, so we called them and they were able to help immediately. Positives: Clean apartment, modern, great location, smart TV to watch Netflix, Prime etc, good heating, comfortable beds Negatives: Noisy in the mornings due to construction, small shower head fitting needs fixing as it wouldn’t stay up in position, no tea towel to dry dishes however they had kitchen roll, no shower gel provided, sofa arm rest was broken, no outdoor furniture, no ash tray, no coffee machine pods, no bath mat.

Great location and cozy vibes!
The apartment is cute and clean, and the location is amazing walking distance from many attractions. Amazing view from The balcony. The management was kind and responsive to us ! I would only suggest some toilettes and / coffee - tea as a great touch.
