Not a 4-star hotel by any means. We needed to find a place for two nights passing thru and thought this would be a good option. We have stayed in 2-star places better than this.

Staff was great, they really made an effort to make your stay feels 5 star. I wish there was a snack bar as we came off our flight and arrived at 14:00 and had to wait till 19:00 to eat. The dinner window of 2 hours was not enough time

Was für ein Hotel! Wahnsinns Ausblick aufs blaue klare Meer. Wunderschöne gepflegte Anlage - wirklich Umwerfend. Privater Strand mit Liegen und Schirm. Gratis Standuppaddle boards und Tretboote zum ausleihen. Sehr nettes Personal vom Check-In bis zum Bademeister. Perfekter Ort um es sich ein paar Tage gutgehen zu lassen. Leckere Pizza am Strandrestaurant auch mittags. Zu den negativen Seiten: - Wir hatten leider ein etwas älteres Zimmer mit lauter Klimaanlage - Die Auswahl beim Essen ist gigantisch und es schmeckt auch meistens gut. Muss aber sagen, es ist oft etwas zu Fancy. Spaghetti Carbonara sind doch gut genug, warum muss da noch Thunfisch und Lachs rein??? - Es gibt selten Schokonachspeisen (zumindest beim Abendessen) - Grundsätzlich gutes Essen mit reichlich Auswahl, und das hier ist jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau, aber das Essen des Diani Beach Sea Lodge Hotel in Kenia (ebenfalls Holidaycheck Award) war besser. - PINA COLADA IST NICHT IM ALL-INCLUSIVE INBEGRIFFEN. Das war eigentlich meine größte Enttäuschung. Ja es gibt andere inkludierte Cocktails wie Sex on the beach, Cuba Libre, Whiskey Sour, etc... aber für nen 0815 Cocktail im 200ml Becher 7 Euro zu bezahlen obwohl man All-Inklusive gebucht hat ist schon sehr, sehr enttäuschend. Ich bin ja nicht zum Saufen da und buche All-Inklusive aus Bequemlichkeit, sind da ein inkludierter PinaColada wirklich so ein finanzieller Schaden für das beste 4* Hotel der Gegend? Bei den Zimmerpreisen?

Non ho dato il massimo dei voti al personale( che è eccelso) solo a causa di una maleducatissima animatrice che ci ha offeso in inglese pensando non capissi la lingua. Per il.resto, la struttura è splendida, molto curata e tranquilla. Noi avevamo una stanza non rinnovata, quindi sapevamo che non sarebbe stata il top. Era comunque accogliente e fornita di tutto( tranne il bidet!). Per quanto riguarda la stanza, bisognerebbe solo curare un pochino di più la pulizia Per il resto, è un posto consigliatissimo!

Lack of care for customers. Do not stay here

In general the rooms are not great, the beds are not great, the bathroom is not great. On top of this the air con didnt work. I reported it to the hotel and nothing was done about it. My wife and I hardly slept as the room was so hot. On check out out the receptionist really didnt care about my complaint.

Die Anlage an sich wäre schön, wäre da nicht der jahrzehntelange Renovierungsstau. Essen ist o.k., der Hauswein eher traurig. Das angebotene und gebuchte Zimmer zur Garten seite wurde nicht gestellt. Das bereitgestellte Zimmer Afrodite 006 liegt in Strandnähe. Direkt davor wurden täglich die Montagearbeiten mit den Blechprofilen (Hämmern, Bohren. Sägen, Schleifen) für eine hoteleigene Strandpizzeria durchgeführt. Solches sollte grundsätzlich im Winter abgewickelt werden! Benachbart liegt die größere Strandbar eines anderen Betreibers. Schon nachmittags kam von dort "Musik" mit übermäßiger Lautstärke, abends und nachts bis nach 3 Uhr morgens wurde die Lautstärke extrem hoch und regelmäßig durch unerträgliche, alles durchdringende Bässe eine ständige Verhinderung von Schlaf und Erholung. Reklamation bei der Leitung des Hotels Labranda Rocca Nettuno war zwecklos: Man wisse seit einem Jahr davon, könne nichts machen, weil der Nachbar nicht kompromissbereit sei. Andere Zimmer könne man nicht anbieten, es sei alles ausgebucht. Dieser Aufenthalt war eher eine schreckliche Erfahrung. Noch heute, nach unsrer gestrigen Heimreise möchten wir nur noch schlafen. Diese Reise war darum schade um Zeit und Geld! Wir prüfen unsere rechtlichen Maßnahmen.

Best hotel in Tropea!

My husband and I had an amazing time on our honeymoon thanks to the staff at Rocca Nettuno. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a bottle of champagne. The bar staff and kitchen staff were exceptional. The animation team went above and beyond every day to make our stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Federico, Carmelo and Simone.

Unless you are German, do not go there. They ONLY cater for Germans. The food choices are 3.5 star, but the quality in 1.5 star at best, poor I think. The wine they serve for dinner is best suited to cleaning floor tiles. German people seem to think that they can smoke wherever and whenever they want. The beds are like laying on concrete, hard as, the air conditioning is very loud, difficult to sleep with it running if you do manage to sleep. The Hotel grounds are not well kept, the lawns needed to be cut, very untidy for a Hotel that is rated 4 star. Its a 2 star Hotel at best. The staff were not helpful when we deciced we did not want to stay!

Fantastisk ferie

Vi havde en meget, meget fin ferie og har planer om at komme igen til næste år. En ting som vi i starten var skuffet over, var den lille pool, som i begyndelsen af ferien brugte p.g.a. for høje bølger ved stranden. Da vi kunne gå til stranden, var poolen størrelse ikke vigtig længere. Hotelets personal var meget høflig og opmærksom. En anden ting som vi syns var dejlig var blandingen af gæsternes nationalitet. Der var mange Østriger, Svenser, Tysker og Italiener plus en del andre. Ingen "Tyskerhotel" som mange skrev (der er forskell mellem Østrig og Tyskland). Og hvis det ville være sådan ville det være absolut OK-det er nogen rigtig flinke folk. Kan anbefales!

Bade und Erholungsurlaub

Nachdem wir eine Woche mit dem Motorrad unterwegs waren wurden wir im Hotel sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und groß. Der ganze Bereich mit Swimmingpool ist gut aufgeteilt. Das All inclusive Angebot sehr groß. Vom Vorspeisenbufett bis zum Nachtisch ist hervorragend. Auch die Getränkeauswahl lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand, den man mit einem Aufzug erreichen kann ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Liegen stehen meiner Meinung etwas eng aneinander. Kurz, für einen Badeurlaub ist das Hotel ideal.

Italian Holiday

The Hotel is wonderful, the staff extremley helpful, loved the pool. If you are looking to have a massage I would not recommend it as we did not have a pleasant experience. The Masseuse was on her mobile whilst giving us a massage,not really interested in what she was doing. The food did not vary much the whole time we were there, also it does carter to German tourist.

Seht gutes Hotel für Strand und Pool Urlaub

Eine sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage, die Serviceleistung war Aufmerksam und Gut. Die AL inklusive Leistung ( Essen) war für unser Alter (67-68) zu viel, vielleicht kann es ein Mix geben HP und Getränke AL inklusive.
