"Staff very friendly got a complimentary room upgrade as we were celebrating daughters birthday and wedding anniversary. Our room main bedroom the blind in shower very dirty looked mouldy I used a towel to clean and saw that it was easy to clear housekeeping definitely dropped the ball with that. Ordered drinks at the pool. It took forever to get the drinks we were only two families at pool so not sure why it took them so long to deliver drinks"

It is popular with families and at some times of the day feels a little “package” holiday with lots of noise from pool areas and very busy breakfast areas BUT it is possible to escape the crowd and find a space to relax. "Booked this place for my dad and his friends and they totally loved it! Morning market, great hawker food, streets stalls just around the corner great for earlybird like them. Few landmarks within 10mins drive, town area in just 20mins. Hotel building may looked small but dont be fool by it! Room was spacious, clean environments no less than 5stars hotel.
