Charming 3 bedroom villa with pool, only 4 minutes walk to the beach

This charming 3 bedroom villa is a short walk away from the amazing Trou aux Biches beach and Mont Choisy beach. It is part of a complex of 4 with a private front garden (includes parking space) and shared back garden & swimming pool (pool area not fenced, children are to be supervised at all times).

Located in Mont Choisy, you will have easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, bank/ATM, Diving centre & public transport. A short drive north to vibrant Grand Baie and you will find hypermarkets, more cafes, restaurants, bars/nightlife and shopping malls.

All three bedrooms have double beds, bedside tables, fans. Two bedrooms with wardrobe/drawers for storage. Master bedroom with en-suite (bathroom and toilet).
PLEASE NOTE - Air Condition is only available in 2 bedrooms (Master and bedroom 3).

The living space includes TV/CD-Radio, dining table and open plan kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dish washer,refrigerator, gas stove top, microwave, mini oven, kettle and complete set of kitchenware. Also available for your use is the washing machine and ironing equipment.

All bed linen and towels are provided. WIFI available FREE of charge.

Housekeeper services will also be available once a week for stays of 6 days or more.

Villa with swimming pool.
A very pleasant villa 3 minutes walk from the sea with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The swimming pool was a big bonus. Bus stop a short distance away. A lovely garden where one can observe beautiful species of birds. We spent a very nice month here.

Good value for money
My family and I stayed one month in this comfortable villa. Eileen was very welcoming and responded quickly to our requests. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood, and about 15 mins walk to Mont Choisy public beach access. Bus stops at about 10 mins walk, supermarket 2 kms away, The place was as advertised. It included wifi, washing machine, linens and towels, simple kitchen with all the essentials, shared swimming pool that was regularly maintained, parking. The cleaning services once a week met the minimum requirements. Overall the villa was good value for money and we recommend for a comfortable stay!

Awesome Location!
We stayed one month in this lovely property and couldn't have been more happy. Short walks to the best two beaches on the island....Troux Aux Biches and Mont Choisy. You will be delighted to try the restaurants practically next door at REFRESH and La PESCATORE. Cup of Noe for artisanal coffees, pastries, baguettes and breakfast can't be beat! Short drive into Grand Baie for more delicious restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets. The home felt private and safe and had everything we needed. The host, Eileen, was absolutely fantastic and helped us with suggestions and checked in with us to make sure all was well. We didn't have any issues at all. Housekeeping was provided twice a week which was a definite plus. All in all this home was delightful in every way and we highly recommend it!.

This was our second stay at this villa. Thank you for your kind hospitality, what a wonderful experience, we've had, from the day we booked the villa until we left! Two fantastic beaches, Mont Choisy and Trou aux Biches are a few minutes away by foot, you simply can't ask for more! About ten minutes drive are two large shopping and dining areas. The location of this property was ideal for us. As a family of four, we felt at home from day one. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed. The owners have paid careful attention to every item in the villa ... and they've got things right. When we needed assistance, our requests were dealt with promptly. For our comfort, the maid who attended the property 3 times a week made sure we were not disturbed during the housekeeping tasks. We are already thinking of going back for our third stay at this villa.

We had a pleasant holiday. As per description the villa was just perfect for 3 of us and a spare room to accommodate a friend. Two bathrooms including en suite which is very well though of. Descent size of shared swimming pool was not busy due to the beach is only 5 mins walk to. The area has everything we needed from local shops close by and bus stops to get to Grand Bay shopping centre and other tourists shops/restaurants.

Eileen est une hôte très agréable qui met tout en œuvre pour que nous nous sentions à notre aise. Jus de fruits et eau fraîche nous attendaient à l'arrivée, prêt des serviettes de toilettes et de plage et même ménage de fin de séjour offert !!! La résidence se situe dans un joli quartier et est très sécurisée. Deux belles plages à proximité ( trou aux biches et mon Choisy ) ainsi que quelques petits restaurants aux alentours ( la mediterranée à seulement deux maisons est à tester ). La piscine et l'espace extérieur sont un plus très appréciable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci beaucoup Eileen.

Super location ! Emplacement calme et proche de tout. La maison est très agréable et on se sent comme chez soi. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Logement tres bien équipé et situé
Le logement est bien équipé et propre. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine à cause du temps mais nous avons pu constater qu'elle etait bien entretenue. L'appartement est situé a 10 mn à pied d'une superbe jolie plage et pas loin de restaurants. Superbe accueil

Très bon accueil de la part de notre hôte, qui nous a reçus avecle sourire , des rafraîchissements.
Nous avons passé 3 mois superbes : le lieu, Une hôtesse disponible toujours prête a regler le moindre petit souci ( ex une lampe qui avait grillé, une personne s est déplacée dans la journée. Nous profitons de remercier Eileen, J. Michel, Pascaline. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Emplacement idéal, proche des plages, villa conforme au descriptif. Notre hôte Eileen est d'une gentillesse, l'accueil a été parfait ( beaucoup de petites attentions). Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft liegt in ein sehr ruhigen Gegend, was wir sehr genossen haben. Verschieden sehr schöne kleine Strände sind fußläufig oder zwei Haltestellen mit dem Bus, zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und geräumig. Man kann so wohl vor dem Haus in einem kleinen, gepflegten Garten, als auch hinter dem Haus am Pool, gemütlich sitzen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem. Mit Eileen hat man in allen Belangen eine wunderbare Ansprechpartnerin. Danke schön für alles liebe Eileen und bis bald mal wieder, wir kommen gerne hier her zurück.

L’île Maurice est réputée pour son accueil mais nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur notre hôte Eileen qui est certainement la plus charmante de l’île Accueil exceptionnel l,on s’est perdu Eileen a su patienter et est même venu nous chercher Arrivé à la villa conforme au descriptif de l’annonce mais en beaucoup mieux Grande villa confortable climatisée grande piscine deux belles terrasses un vrai rêve de plus à 300 m d’une plage magnifique et proche de toutes commodités et situé à 5 km de Grand Baie ville en bord de mer très accueillante et dynamique Encore un grand merci Eileen et je ne manquerai pas de recommander votre belle villa

La maison avec 3 chambres à l'étage, avec sa terrasse et sa piscine partagée est bien située à proximité de la mer et des bus. Il est aisé de trouver des excursions vers toutes les parties de l'île (Îleaux cerfs, ilot Gabriel, jardin pamplemousse,...). Pour cela, il faut se rendre en front de mer et des professionnels vous proposent des sorties.

Guter Platz für einen schönen Urlaub
Zwei wunderschöne Strände zu Fuß erreichbar. Aufgrund der Westlage atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar eine Grundausstattung von Kaffee, Tee, Gewürzen, Putzmitteln etc. Ingrid ist eine wunderbare, warmherzige Vermieterin, die sich hervorragend gekümmert hat. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit.

Eine ruhige Oase im Norden Mauritius
Wir wurden von Eileen, sehr freundlich empfangen, die uns zuvor den Weg zum Haus gezeigt hat und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sie hat uns mit allen wichtigen Details versorgt und bei Fragen ist sie sehr reaktiv. Der saubere Swimmingpool ist der Hit, direkt am Haus, und je nach Wunsch kann man entweder auf der Pool- oder auf der Terrassenseite sitzen, Badetücher für den Pool stehen zusätzlich zu den normalen Handtüchern zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist gut ventiliert, Ventilatoren und/oder Klimaanlagen stehen zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, könnte vielleicht etwas mehr gepflegt werden. Wir haben die Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten genossen, sowie vom Restaurant in direkter Nachbarschaft und vom neu eröffneten exzellenten Restaurant "Refresh" am Eingang zur Strasse. Wir hatten ein tollen Aufenthalt im Norden und dies größtenteils dank unserer Unterkunft.
