"The location was very convenient for me. The Thai restaurant across the street was fabulous .. room 106 was not a good location because the closet for the supply of the housekeepers was right by a room door and they were talking and yelling at each other and it was very annoying."

"We stayed when we came in town to see a show at the Ice House. Extremely convenient for that and decent walking distance to Old Town Pasadena that is very walkable and a lot to do. The responsiveness of the staff has been quite poor. They do not answer the phone or emails. "

"A light was burned out in the room. The desk didn't not have a chair, just an uncomfortable stool to sit on. The shower set up is ridiculous. It takes almost 10 minutes to get hot water (which is not at all eco friendly) and there no self for placing soap and shampoo, so they have to be set on the floor. There is no hold bar in the shower. The shower and bathroom fixtures are new, but not a lot of though seemed to have gone into the designing of the shower. "
