Mary greeted me and made sure everything was to my satisfaction and offered to carry my bags to my room (which was on the second floor and only accessible by a spiral staircase). "Everything was great about this place. Super clean, right in the beach, and close to downtown and the casino. There was just one really odd element- I tried to buy a bottle of wine at the bar downstairs to take up to my room, and this seemed to be a big hassle. The bartender had to call some one to find out how to ring it up and the tried to give me 4 glasses- I can’t imagine it’s a foreign concept for someone to want a bottle of wine in their room. "

"Lovely room on the 4th floor. Nicely decorated & it made the most of the small space. Only issue was that it involved a few stairs which wouldn't be great if you had a lot of luggage. Also the room key was on a large huge & heav keyring so I took it off. Breakfast was good but the restaurant was mainly fish so I didn't eat there. "

"We took the biggest and the most expensive room in this hotel. The room had an amazing big kitchen, yet no normal shelves in the bathroom. Room was big, bed was a tiny queen size. No air conditioner Phone in the room has no connection to the reception/room service/housekeeping etc. For us, the cold welcome, unfriendly attitude - were a first time experience and hopefully the last one.
