Comfortable Stay - A few noisy guests!

"A comfortable stay. Some minor cleanliness issues in the room. Communal bar area is nice. Had a great visit to the gym and pool. Hotel quite noisy at night - we were woken at 2am by loud guests returning to their rooms. Good location for Rock City, Theatre and city shops."

"Good place to stay, ideal for what we needed, good size room and comfortable bed (if a little small). Only minor issue was the room we were in (12) had a macerator pump that kept giving out smells of the drains, may need looking at."

"It was a comfortable stay. There were a few things that could be seen as a safety issue but nothing that’s not fixable. The radiators didn’t work and the room did get quite cold but other than that it was a secure and safe place. I didn’t have to worry about people coming in and out of the building ..."
