This cozy, two-story condo located at the base of the renowned Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort is the perfect home base for an unforgettable ski-cation! It's perfect for couples, solo travelers, or a small family. The comfortable living room invites you to snuggle up and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV with Roku while the wood-burning fireplace keeps you nice and warm during your stay. The eat-in, fully-equipped kitchen will surely help you channel your inner chef with all of its incredible, stainless steel appliances. They will make cooking a breeze no matter your skill level! You can enjoy your meals either indoors, at the four-person dining table, or al fresco on the balcony featuring a two-person table. The bedroom and full bathroom available are located on the second floor, along with a stackable washer/dryer. Additional amenities include a shared outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, rec room, sauna, and tennis and basketball courts.

There is no cable, however, the TV is equipped with a Roku box so streaming TV is available. Guests will need to use their own login and passwords to access Netflix.

Dock details: There is a private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina. Please bring your guest access cards.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
