As a guest at this home, you have an option to add access to the Pavilion at Old Greenwood, part of the Tahoe Mountain Club. An Amenity Fee of $75/night must be collected by Tahoe Getaways at least 72 hours prior to Arrival. Access must be purchased for the full duration of your stay, if added on.

1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 8, excluding children under (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles, the driveway is short, flat, and managed by the Homeowners Association (HOA). In winter, the driveway is regularly plowed for your convenience. However, due to the requirements of snow removal, parking is only permitted in the garage during winter months, providing space for 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
4.This area is under construction. Noise and construction equipment may be present during daytime hours in the coming months. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
5. This property does not feature a private yard, a shared outdoor space is available for use.
6. Access to beach chairs, towels and beach umbrella are available seasonally.
