"We liked everything about the property, the staff, and the surrounding area. It's in a great location. The hotel is in excellent condition and spotless. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely had a great stay and would certainly book it again when in Zurich."
"Magnificent in every way. The spa was relaxing with excellent services. The food was exquisite- we tried all of the restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The Dolder Grand is a magical place!"
"Love the design of the rooms in this hotel, bathroom was gorgeous and had really nice toiletries - so no need to pack your own. It’s self check in, but that was easy. Very close to the station and in a nice area."

Spot works from the 15th century onward and pieces by Matisse, Picasso and Rembrandt, among other greats at one of Switzerland’s most significant art museums.
"Great location on tram route, lovely staff, great room with kitchen areas fully equipped. Nice bed and very quiet, restaurant was nice and food was very good. "
"Excellent location in proximity to Zürich HB, and a short walk down the river to Lake Zürich.
Very well curated hotel with an excellent bar.
The only downside is that in their endeavour for lean luxury, there is no way to communicate with the hotel reception once in the room due to absence of room phone.
They could easily have a WhatsApp number that a guest could conveniently contact. As I was travelling with my young daughter, not having in-room connectivity with the reception was a big deal for me, as if I needed anything at all, I had to take her down to the reception with me, as leaving a child alone in the room is not safe."
"The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. They explained what trams and buses to take to get to where we wanted and needed to go. The breakfast offered had a variety of options. "
