"Very good hotel. Excellent facilities and staff. The Summit bar is spectacular. Only 2 minor complaints. We reported the in-Room safe broken on our first morning, but it was never fixed, and as far as I know, no attempt was made to fix it. Also, the family room has a sofa bed which made a very loud metallic noice when ever the person sleeping in it moved! Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."
