Amazing property. Breakfast was fantastic with many options to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The Shiomi Prince is a lovely hotel. The lobby is beautiful and rooms are very clean. The staff is welcoming. It’s important to make sure you book a room that comes with breakfast because if you don’t there really aren’t good options in the area and it’s a pricey add for a family of four. The beds are very firm which is normal in Japan but can be jarring for Americans and there is no means of changing that (no mattress toppers available). It’s wonderful that the hotel has a laundry room but warning: it is always in high demand in the mornings and at night. Many people get stuck without access to dryers. We were among them and wound up hanging everything up all over the room. The hotel location is pretty perfect for a trip to Disney (3 stops away!) or Tokyo Station (3 stops in the other direction). The adjacent train station is super easy to access and honestly pretty quiet even when just outside of your window. It’s convenient that there is a Family Mart downstairs and 7-11 a few blocks away (these are quite small, though, so manage expectations!) Overall, our family was grateful to stay in such a nice spot where we felt safe, it was easy to get to where we needed to go, and the room had four beds (which is super rare and very nice for four people!)

Property is amazing and super clear with friendly staff. Everything was spotless. The only negative is not related to the hotel but rather the VIP benefits Expedia gave me. The benefit was free parking which is a ridiculous benefit to give someone visiting Tokyo from the US. Nobody ever rent cars in Tokyo so that wasn’t really a serious benefit
