"Had an amazing time on the cruise. The staff were great, the rooms were beautiful and the tour was excellently organised. I would recommend to anyone. The only small downside was wanted to spend more time on the boat. We got onto the boat around 1pm and had a safety briefing. We left the boat at 10am the next morning. If we’d have known this before we would have stayed an extra night. But the whole thing was wonderful nonetheless. "

Definitely recommend spending a little bit more to get on this boat ~ we were traveling from the USA and we thought the weather was supposed to be nice and it rain for both days that we were in Ha Long Bay, which kind of sucked, but you can’t control the weather. "The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise."

"Lovely experience from start to finish. All staff very friendly and welcoming. The food was of very good quality and the price of drinks reasonable. They could do with having a printed itinerary with timings as we were a bit late for dinner as we weren't sure if the meal time. They made a special effort for decorations and birthday cake for my husband. Katay and Ian accompanied our group and we're very attentive. Rooms very spacious. Everything was well organised."
