"We stayed twice. Dates 4th to the 6th January then 15th to 17th January due to a major scouting event happening in Maryborough. The first room 31 we stayed at had 2 air conditioners in 2 rooms. Kept the rooms cool at all times. It was great with lots of room to move around. Very comfortable. The second room 22 was meant to be an upgrade. "The bathroom could do with a scrub as a lot of mould on the grout, smears of something on walls. Old mattresses in full brow when driving in and old junk. Seemed there were long term stayers living there? Old and run down. Sheets of plastic out the back of our room, it was raining and dripping was keeping us awake most of the night. Wouldn’t stay again 😕"
