PARKING: There are 2 street-specific parking passes in the casita on the TV stand in the living room for use during your stay. Please place it on the dash or hang it from the rearview mirror of your car and ensure that you are parked on 1st Ave to avoid parking tickets. Please remember to return the parking passes where you found them prior to your departure.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

Another great stay!

Happy to have stayed here again, this time with my mother and teen son, to visit my oldest in college. 3 blocks from my son’s dorm, close to restaurants. Easy street parking. Easy check in/out. Communication with hosts excellent. I’m already booked again for my next visit. Love this place!

Sweet Stay

Stayed here several times before and really enjoyed the house. The house is well appointed with a bit of reto touch. It was clean, neat, and well located for our purpose. We will definitely stay here again.

Visiting our son at college

We absolutely loved this place. We were in Tucson to visit our son who is a first-year student at the University of Arizona. It's right off campus, an easy walk to restaurants and to the football stadium. We already discussed that we'll stay here every time we visit if it is available.

Great location and perfect rental

I was in town for a long weekend visiting the University with my son, and this was just perfect. The location was walkable to University Ave, to my daughter's house, and to the campus, and yet it was such a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The house was wonderful--clean, with a super comfortable bed and nice porch for hanging out at sunset. Communication and check in was seamless. In fact, I had hoped to book it again for college move-in, since my son decided that weekend that UAZ was going to be his place, but it is already booked. I'll definitely look for it when I visit in the future.

Weekend Getaway

The place was great, quiet and cozy! Had everything we needed and the best part all the amenities were upgraded with a modern touch. Close to downtown and the local shops around the university. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions and requests. Great communication! We really enjoyed our weekend getaway.

Great location and everything you need

We rented this unit and it was everything we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The owners were very easy to work with and responded to our questions very quickly. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a place close to the University and big enough for 2 adults. We hiked every day and it was a great time.

Cozy duplex within short walking distance to UofA

A wonderfully immaculate duplex that is literally minutes away from the u of A campus. Communication is fantastic in the parking is guaranteed with Park ing the place is perfect for two to three adults. It is super clean and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

U of A Intro

The property was perfect for my purpose in the Tucson area. While there was a slight blip in the check in process it was very quickly resolved by the property manager. I would stay here again!

lovely Tucson casita!

This little house was perfect for me visiting my daughter for her graduation. One bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen one living room. I love the look of these tiny little houses in Tucson. This one has been updated since it was built, but still has the charm of an old home, I really appreciate it. The owners reaching out to us and I really loved being able to bring my small dog with me.

Television

Suggest a tutorial for how to use the controller. Weak got a screen for “weak signal” for NBC, and ABC, with a message to adjust the antenna. I assume it was on the roof. We weren’t going up there, so subsequently missed some shows and events we wanted to see. Bed was very comfortable. Location to the U of A campus, and local eat and drink places was great. We will certainly consider future stays here.
