This adorable casita was the perfect place to rest our heads after an event that we were in town for. Bob & Kay were incredibly accommodating and kind - also thank you for the recommendation about the events going on downtown! We will definitely check this location out again if our travels bring us back to Tuscon!
This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed! Bob and Kay have thought of every detail to make your stay enjoyable and seamless, such as plenty of K-cups, offers to replenish; plush towels; detailed guides and menus with personal annotations regarding distance, hours, and transportation; to a thoughtful nightlight in the bathroom! And they are completely responsive and available to provide assistance! And the location gives you easy access to so many adventures! This was a perfect stay in every way. We will definitely be back someday.
This small casita has everything you need for a comfortable stay! It boasts a full kitchen with a hideaway table/chairs, a comfortable bunk bed, and an additional chair to relax in. Located in a quiet, historic neighborhood close to the convention center, it was perfect for our stay!
Enjoyed the stay. Beds were more comfortable than i expected. Parking is tight for larger trucks in the back but street parking in the front worked out well. Happy i found this spot.
The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The casita was exactly as described. Checking in was seamless and everything was clean, organized, and well kept.We certainly appreciated the AC being left on, so it was very cool & comfortable. Thank you!
I did not know much about Tucson and chose this B & B because of cost, and details of the area. It was just wonderful. We had several walks early in the morning, later at night and several meals in the area. All was just beyond expectation. I would highly recommend this B&B and this area of Tucson.
We had a wonderful stay here. The neighborhood was very walkable and the hosts had some great recommendations to local restaurants and activities. Check in was fast and easy and we had everything we needed and felt welcome to ask for anything we forgot. It was clean, well laid out and even had a place to park off street if needed. Would love to come back and stay for longer to explore this area of Tuscon.
I was in town for a few days for a conference. The casita was a sweet, small, and comfortable studio that was perfect for my needs. The hosts were incredibly responsive and gave some great advice for things to do and how to get around Tucson. I recommend the!

This is the closest you can be to the UofA campus and have access to the I-10 in any area in Tucson. Plenty to see, do, and eat within walking distance.
The hosts are communicative and freindly while the property is in immaculate shape. Tucson can be dangerous in some places but this location is safe and secure.
I'll definitely be back!
I stayed with my 6 and 10 year olds. It was a perfect little studio space that is very thoughtfully laid out and stocked. It is walkable to many locations in a beautiful historic area near downtown. I would definitely stay again and my kids loved it!
Well appointed and neat as a pin cabana with shared patio in Barrio Viejo in downtown Tucson. The owners were very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. It’s a small space but very well thought out and comfortable. Would recommend highly to anyone wanting to experience Tucson as it was before LBJ’s Model Cities took a wrecking ball to it.
The property was very clean. We were a little surprised at how small it was but it was fine for two of us. Check in and check out was simple. Soda and water was provided along with coffee and a granola bar. We met the host and hostess who were very friendly. There is a nice patio where you can sit outside and relax.
Bob and Kay were amazing and helped in everyway. Even gave me some geological insight to the neighborhood. Close to downtown. Very walkable. You will just want to walk around the neighborhood to take in all the old adobe homes! Many small hidden historical hidden gems I had never seen even after living and biking in Tucson for years. Just a beautiful experience! Highly recommend!
The little "casita" had everything we needed. The historic neighborhood was architecturally interesting and beautiful, with many restaurants and coffee places a walkable distance as was also downtown . . . and . . . the price was right.

Exactly as described. Book of menus for walkable restaurants helped with finding local spots! Easy street parking, and easy drive to lots of great hiking.
Perfect location to crash for a night and grab an Amtrak in the morning.

The owners were very accommodating and respectful of privacy. Provided free coffee soda and water bottles. Two kinds of coffee makers. Spacious outside patio which you will need because the room itself is fully loaded, but quite small.Location the most outstanding part of our stay, especially five minutes walking to convention center. Perfect for the annual gem and mineral rock show. Very quiet. We highly recommend this for those on a budget. The restaurant around the corner ‘El Minuto Cafe’ best Mexican food great prices.
