We had been driving for over 20hrs and booked this room for freeway convenience however once installed in the room realized bed sheets had fleas and the room was infested with cockroaches! We left immediately and I’m expecting a refund. This place is unacceptable

Dirty and dingy rooms with mold on the shower walls. I had to move the Microwave and fridge because they put it in the vanity area blocking the sink and mirror. The only thing i was happy with was the front desk seevice was friendly and helpful but i would not stay again

Wow - what a disappointment! I didn't expect much for the price point but, geez. The floors were quite dirty - glitter, dust, long hairs, baseboards unclean. The chair for the desk had food stains all over it. The beds did not have bedskirts so the steel frames were exposed. Very poor house-keeping. No tip. Breakfast set up poorly executed: no pastries and no OJ. Love the waffle machine!

The room itself was run down. The paint on the walls was peeling all over. The room had dirt caked on the baseboards. We had issues with the shower, not including the rust, when we would turn it on and the water came out of the faucet it was the right temp but then would come out of the showerhead freezing. The tv got stuck on a high volume (sorry to whoever was rooming next to us) and when we called the front desk they basically said they couldn't do anything because maintenance was gone for they day and they would put in a work order. They never sent someone over to look at the tv. Thankfully we were able to connect the tv to a Bluetooth speaker we had so we could watch at a decent volume.

Rooms are clean, have everything you might need: microwave, fridge, TV, fan. The pool/jacuzzi was closed. There is area with fire pit and chairs outside. Also, they have EV charging station. For breakfast they has good variety of food.

Price was good. Needed basic accommodAtion with no frills and this served the purpose. No public toilet in the lobby /breakfast area. The handicapped accessible room I reserved was not available. The front desk person was not friendly or particularly helpful. There is a lot of freeway noise all night since the hotel is below the I10 but earplugs will deal with that. We could hear people moving around the room above us
